Do you plan your week out for family and work? I do now! 🙋♀️ It’s one of my changes in 2022. I like to plan my week out on Sunday so I don’t have to think about it on Monday. Here’s my order of importance on my plan: ✅ Family Dinner Night (I have to schedule this during the week since they are all gone on the weekends!) ✅ Weekly Lunch Date with Pat! ✅ Read 15-30 minutes per day ✅ Exercise daily ✅ PVT – Prime Vision Time set for every morning when I wake up. No, it’s not watching TV, but actually working on making my vision board a reality. Mornings are the easiest times for me to focus! ✅ Essential Daily Work Tasks – ie: email, social media messages, calls, etc. My weekly plan is a perfect example of mental fitness. Want to see more? Dear Google, please quit changing names! I JUST got used to calling it Google My Business and you up and changed to Google Business Profile. Google has announced that it is changing the name of Google My Business to Google Business Profile. This change will help to ensure that business owners have a clear and concise way to manage their online presence. Did you know this? Do you have yours? Do you even know what I am talking about? Is it up-to-date with current info and pictures? Do you know how to name your photos correctly? The new Google Business Profile will include all of the same features as Google My Business, with the addition of some new enhancements.
